I wonder at the fact that liberals are so naïve and lazy as to allow themselves to be wet clay in the formerly nicotine-stained hands of Rush Limbaugh.
I say naïve because Rush almost certainly designs his diatribes for the purpose of driving liberals over the cliff’s edge. They, of course, line up each day at show-time wagging their tails, listen intently to Rush for several moments, then go bat-crap crazy as he points the way over the cliff edge.
I say lazy because the left docilely accepts Rush as their only conduit of conservative communication, which incidentally makes him delirious with joy and spurs him to even greater feats of liberal-lynching.
Blind should be in the mix there somewhere because although this scenario replays itself five days each week, the left continues to do the same thing even though they get the same results.
Whether for him or against him, Rush is the greatest communicator of our age; but for the love of Mike, do the liberals have to so blindly throw meat to the lion every day.
Set your watch; Rush says something controversial at noon each day and every liberal pundit is railing against it at the top of their shrill, whiney and squeaky little voice that evening.
I am trying to understand it. Maybe it’s because I am a conservative and by looking at the spectacle from the other side, it is more apparent to me.
But, jiminy! Although I enjoy the machine-like regularity of this process, I have to admit it’s driving me over the cliff’s edge as to why the liberals are so clueless about it.
