Limbaugh = Moron

Add Comment

Has this guy always been a moron? Was he born a moron or is there a special school for morons secreted somewhere in the USA? Why does he have a radio show and why does anyone bother to tune in? Is it simply that he is just the standard bearer for morons, does his being a moron mean that all Republicans are morons.

My sincere appologies to morons; it was not myintention to  insult you by placing him in your ranks!!!

Welcome To The End Of The World

Welcome to the future according to Rush Limbaugh!  I hope you are under the age of 60.  If you are over the age of 60 and you get sick - be it breast cancer or a minor abrasion - you will be put to sleep like an elderly house cat.

I mean, the government agents interview you and all, but they always decide the same thing.  It's cheaper to kill people than to give them medicine.  Once you're past a certain point, you're not going to be contributing to the state, so why bother keeping you around?

Speaking of contributing, I'm sure you have noticed that our taxes are now hovering around 80%.  For every 100 dollars you earn, you get to keep $20.  But it's okay, because you would have spent the other $80 on the stuff we give you for "free" so it all works out!  I hope you enjoy the crosswalk.  It is painted fresh every day for your convenience.

Is Rush Pushing Us Towards Civil War?

Add Comment

In the wake of the overheated rhetoric since the health care bill passed, a lot of people are blaming the Republicans for inciting violence, for stirring up the masses and starting mobs.  You don't have to go far for an example of this: Rush darling Sarah Palin urged her followers, "Don't retreat - instead, reload!"

Rush himself has repeatedly made comparisons between Obama and Hitler.  (And recently in an incident with an MSNBC reporter, Rush used weaselly editing to make it look like he hadn't, as well as removing his Obama = Hitler comparison from his own website.)  What do you do about a problem like Hitler?  You fight it, obviously.

No Goodbye For Rush LimbaughNo Goodbye For Rush LimbaughAfter the health care reform bill passed on Sunday, Rush Limbaugh - in a move that surprises no one - went back on his word.  He is not planning to leave for Costa Rica, and he thinks it's pretty funny that you ever thought he would.  Clearly you don't actually pay attention to his show!  Clearly you just misinterpreted his words, which mean something totally different when you put them in the right context!

That's the first check box Rush marks off on his same-old-sam-old dance card.  "You took my words out of context."  Well, when a caller asked Rush what he would do if health care reform passed, Rush's words were "I'm going to Costa Rica."  So I don't know how hard it is to take that out of context.

Rush Limbaugh's Opulent Palace of Ridiculousness

I mentioned recently that Rush is finally putting his New York City apartment on the market, making good on his thread from a year ago to leave if a certain tax measure passed.  Well, he finally did it, which means that his realtor published pictures on their website.

Wow!  Just… wow.

Rush Limbaugh's interior decoration schema says a lot about the man, and none of it is flattering.  The kindest thing one can say is that it lacks taste.

I used to think that Rush Limbaugh considered himself a "man of the people," with all that entails.  But this is not the case.  As a big fan of Ayn Rand, Limbaugh considers himself that lucky 1% of society, the cream of the crop, which is why society (or rather, the EIB network) has rewarded him accordingly.

Rush Promises To Leave America!

Rush Limbaugh has promised to leave America for Costa Rica if "all that stuff gets implemented."  He is vague on what "all that stuff" means, although the run-up to this statement talks about doctors not being able to opt out of the federal medical care system.  Basically Rush seems to be saying that if private doctors (ones who choose not to practice on the hypothetical new federal system) are outlawed, he will move to Costa Rica.

Rush Limbaugh's Health Care Plan

Add Comment

Limbaugh has taken up the banner of the Republican party as being "the party of NO," but to most people, that's meant to be a bad thing.  Like a toddler screaming NO NO NO NO NO regardless of what is being offered, whether it's marshmallows or mushy peas, Rush Limbaugh rejects any offerings of health care policy change.

So what, one wonders, does Rush think we should put in place?  What health care system would Rush support?  Given that we do not have the world's best health care system, but its 31st best.  And that our national statistics for both infant mortality and average life span (typical benchmarks of a country's level of infrastructure and development) are ridiculously bad.

Rush Uses "civil rights bill" As A Pejorative

Add Comment

The Civil Rights ActThe Civil Rights ActAmong all the many and varied forms of nuttiness that comes pouring out of Rush Limbaugh's mouth when he starts talking about health care reform is his latest jab, when he called it a "civil rights bill."  The mind boggling thing is that he meant that as a bad thing.

He also called it "reparations."  So the racist implications here are clear: bleeding heart liberals want to provide black people with health care, out of a constant need to deprecate themselves to black people.  For shame!

And people have the nerve to say Rush isn't a racist.

Sarah Palin and Rush Limbaugh: Odd "Retarded" Bedfellows

Add Comment

Rush Limbaugh and Sarah Palin are an odd pair.  My theory is that each despises the other, but knows that they are valuable for their career.  Limbaugh wishes to curry favor with the Republican party (which has been trying to disown him for some time now), whereas Palin is clawing for the spotlight and the fringe lunatic crowd.

Circumstance has driven them together, and not even Limbaugh's profligate use of "the R word" shall drive them apart, apparently.

Last August, Obama's Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel used the word "retarded" as a pejorative.  (And really, there is no longer a non-pejorative context for that word.)  Earlier in the month, the Wall Street Journal reported on Emanuel's use of the slur, which got Palin up in arms.
